The Rams are not running the ball like they used to. As a team, they are 31st in both rushing attempts per game and yards per carry. Not very productive for the Rams running back unit and it doesn't seem like Sean McVay trusts them much. With that, Henderson is allegedly their starting running back, but it doesn’t feel like it right now.
He is in the last year of his contract and there hasn’t been much on tape for us to believe he has much upside left. He has $4.00 in Banked Mojo Value and the market thinks he’ll earn $4.70 more before he retires.
It's unlikely Henderson has that much more production in him especially with the Rams in search of a new running back right now via trade. Rumors of interest in Kareem Hunt are swirling and such a trade could tank Hendersons' stock in the short term. Going SHORT on Henderson with his 3x Multiplier is the best way to cash in now.
The Houston Texans are having a tough go of it. They sit at 1-5-1 with the 31st ranked offense by yards per game. Change could be in the offing with trade rumors swirling around Brandin Cooks and Laremy Tunsil too, especially considering Mills has not taken the second year leap many hoped.
He could very easily be replaced in this year's draft by Bryce Young or CJ Stroud. The Texans have the 2nd toughest schedule for the rest of the season and with Mills struggling, this would be the best time to Go SHORT on Mills with his 3x Multiplier. Next matchup is against the Philadelphia Eagles. It could get ugly. Follow the dip.
You probably know Breece Hall has been placed on IR with a torn ACL leaving backup running back Michael Carter to step up. To lighten the load, the Jets acquired James Robinson last week and he made his debut on Sunday vs the New England Patriots with five carries for 17 rushing yards.
Carter still led the team with 26 rushing yards on Sunday, but I fear the Jets offense will struggle so much without Hall that Carter will struggle to produce.
The Jets still have to face the Buffalo Bills (twice) and the Patriots again in two weeks. An uphill battle with the Jets offensive struggles at QB, this would be the best time going SHORT on Carter with his 3x Multiplier. Carter has $2.12 worth of Banked Mojo Value, and the market thinks he’ll earn $3.94 more before he retires. With Robinson lingering as the backup this season and Hall’s return in 2023, Carter could struggle to reach this value.
